Vimeo for Windows 2.0 is a client for the popular video sharing site Vimeo.com.

With Vimeo for Windows you can easily browse a huge collection of videos, make friends and see what your friends are doing, like their videos and even upload your own videos without opening the browser.

(To be able to watch videos with Vimeo for Windows, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player ActiveX installed and your Internet Explorer proxy settings are right. Vimeo for Windows uses SQL Server Compact Edition 3.5 for caching thumbnails and .NET Framework 4.0). You can get SQL CE runtime from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5783.

I have been unable to upload to Vimeo for a couple weeks, their AJAX and Flash uploaders stink as they abort after very short packet timeouts, but this desktop app has saved the day!! Thanks for a beautiful and so far stable piece of work.
